Tips to help your hair to grow.

Like a plant u hair need nutrients to grow and without these nutrients it will fall so let's know these important nutrients.
VITAMIN A

Vitamin A is a key for developing healthy cells, tissues in the body, and reducing hair loss. Vitamin A deficiencies commonly cause thickening of the scalp, dry hair, and dandruff. Air pollution, smoking, extremely bright light, certain cholesterol-lowering drugs, laxatives, and aspirin are some known vitamin A inhibitors. Liver, fish oil, eggs, fortified milk, and red, yellow, and orange vegetables are good sources for vitamin A, as are some dark green leafy vegetables like spinach.

Sources of vitamin A:

  • Carrot
  • Milk
  • Beef
  • Egg substitute
  • Cheese
  • Papaya
  • Mango

    VITAMIN B

B-vitamins work interdependently and therefore all levels of B vitamins need to be sufficient in order to maintain proper health. Vitamins B-6, folic acid, biotin, and vitamin B-12 are all key components in maintaining healthy hemoglobin levels in the blood, which is the iron-containing portion of red-blood cells.
Hemoglobin’s primary function is to carry oxygen from the lungs to the tissues of the body, so if these vitamins were deficient in your body, then hair and skin would suffer.

    Sources of vitamin B:

  • Mollusks
  • Liver
  • Haddock
  • Milk
  • Egg
  • Nuts
  • Green vegetables
  • Mushrooms
  • Meat
  • Enriched cereals
  • Pasta
  • Fish

    Herbal Hair Growth Tips.

    1. Cutting down your extra calories in your daily diet and your way of life are two main factors that influence the health of your hair. Cutting down on fried snacks, salt, sugar and aerated drinks helps in general skin and hair care.

    2. The diet should contain more green leafy vegetables, salads, milk, fruits and sprouts. Take more proteins, milk, buttermilk, yeast, wheat germ, soybean and vitamin A.

    3. A mixture of lettuce and spinach juice is good to drink to induce hair growth.

    4. Drink juice of Aloe. This drink is an excellent blood purifier and skin cleaner.

    5. Always use a natural shampoo . Oiling and massaging of scalp is very beneficial for stopping the hair loss.

    6. Mix 1 egg, 2.5 tablespoons milk powder and 1 tablespoon wheat germ oil. Massage on the scalp and leave it for 30 minutes. Wash with a mild shampoo.

    7. An excellent hair tonic can be prepared by mixing almond oil and olive oil in equal proportion. Massage this daily into the hair to stimulate hair growth and improve hair texture.

    8. Take 20 ml olive oil and add one teaspoon honey and one teaspoon cinnamon powder to the mixture. Mix well to create a smooth paste. Apply this paste to the scalp and leave on for 30 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.

    9. You could try aromatherapy. Mix six drops of lavender and bay essential oil in a base of four ounces of either almond or sesame oil. Massage the mixture into your scalp and leave it for at least 20 minutes. The scents and herbs have been known to stimulate hair growth.

    10. Rinse your hair with apple cider vinegar . It will keep your scalp healthy and reduce hair loss.

    11. Mix rosemary with cleansing shampoo and apply in your hair. It works as a good anti-dandruff treatment.

    12. Massage the oil of arnica, marigold and rosemary into the scalp. It is very useful in hair loss.

    13. Regular trimming of hair ensures that damaged hair is removed and this in turn promotes hair growth.

    14. Regularly cleaning and brushing the hair is very important. When the hairs are brushed, oil-producing glands in the scalp get stimulated. This natural oil makes the hair glossy and healthy.

    15. To give extra shine to the hair, after washing rinse the hair with some lemon juice mixed in a cup of warm water.

    16. Hair under stress is not vitalized. Tight braids or coils weakens roots and prevents hair from growing longer.

    17. A proper diet supplemented adequately by vitamins and minerals will optimize the genetic growth cycle. Protein is also very important because hair depends on protein for sustenance.

    18. Crash diets and low calorie foods could deprive the hair of vital nourishment, so do not eliminate fat and carbohydrates from your diet . The luster in your hair will depend on what you eat and also on how you treat it.
